If you believe a user under 17 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
3) Information we collect
We collect information in three main ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information collected with your permission.
3.1 Information you provide

You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
3.4 Cookies and similar technologies
If we provide web-based components, we may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to keep you signed in, remember preferences,

- Personalize your experience (preferences, seasonal organization).
- Improve and develop the Service (usage understanding, bug fixes, stability).
- Safety and security (detect abuse, prevent unauthorized access).

5) Optional photo / image processing and no biometric identification
No facial recognition / no biometric identification. We do not use your photos for facial recognition, biometric identification, or to infer biometric templates.
If the Service offers optional features that analyze or process images or text you choose to upload (for example, extracting clothing attributes, generating labels, or producing insights),
then your uploaded images/text may be processed on Skimmy-controlled servers to perform the requested feature.
- No third-party sharing: we do not share your uploaded images/text with any third party for that processing.
- Deletion after processing: we delete uploaded images/text from our processing systems promptly after processing completes, unless you choose to store the content in the app.
- User control: you decide whether to upload content and whether to use these optional processing features.
- No training/marketing use: we do not use your photos or uploaded content to train advertising systems or for marketing purposes.
By default, wardrobe photos and records are stored locally on your device unless you enable an account/sync feature that stores data on our servers.
