5) Optional photo / image processing and no biometric identification

No facial recognition / no biometric identification. We do not use your photos for facial recognition, biometric identification, or to infer biometric templates.

If the Service offers optional features that analyze or process images or text you choose to upload (for example, extracting clothing attributes, generating labels, or producing insights), then your uploaded images/text may be processed on Skimmy-controlled servers to perform the requested feature.

By default, wardrobe photos and records are stored locally on your device unless you enable an account/sync feature that stores data on our servers.

We disclose information only as described below and with a minimum-necessary approach.
